An amazing and delicious food experience

I had an amazing time on this tour with Emma. She was knowledgeable, flexible, generous with her time and knowledge and thoughtful. I learned so much on the tour and ATE SO MUCH! This is a fantastic insight into the specialty foods of Palermo and I highly recommend it. Informative, delicious and excellent value. Highly recommend.!

Exceptional Palermo Experience !

Emma gave us a wonderful view into the culture and food of Sicily. The tour covered the highlights of Palermo and a representative selection of Sicilian foods. We have been on a number of food tours over the years and Emma far exceeded our expectations, she even provided her grandmother’s recipe for Caponata!

Fantastic experience with Emma! Even though it was low season, they kept our tour and it ended up just being our group of 3 which was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Some of the places were closed for the New Year but she found great substitutes. I would highly recommend her and this tour!

I booked my first "Secret Food Tour" in Palermo. I was surprised to find I was the only one on the tour and they didn't cancel it. Emma was waiting when I arrived. She was so welcoming and friendly. The tour was fun. The food was amazing and Emma was so informative about Sicilian culture and food. I felt like I spent the day with a friend. I really recommend this tour and Emma. Definitely a 10 out of 10!Please don't eat anything before the tour as you will begin to feel sad at all the food you can't finish.
