Slow start but strong finish

Slow start since the pickup driver was late and didn’t speak any English, however, when we got to Palamos after the hour or so drive, everything changed. Quite simply our English speaking guide was amazing. She was raised locally and had been a GOT extra during filming. She expertly wove the history of the town with pictures and videos of the scenes that were filmed there. This was a tour worth doing based on the town alone but with the GOT connection it is on any fans bucket list. The drive back was also entertaining since our driver was the town’s long time Mayor’s son. Overall a five star experience.
