The Do Eat Better Experience food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of Naples. The tourist is guided by a "Foodie", a local "buddy" able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities. Do Eat Better Experience tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Italian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend.   • Via Toledo (Pass By)

    We start with the most traditional street food in Naples, the handmade Napolitan tarallo, A salty and crumbly biscuit, with a dash of black pepper, almonds and lard, the latter being the basic ingredient capable of granting a unique taste.

    In our second stop you will have a must try if you are in Naples, the fried pizza! The tour will unveil to you the most typical ones, in the oldest chip shops known only by Naples’ locals.

Great guide and good food

The street food tour was a great evening. We met people from different parts of the states and a couple from South Africa. It was wonderful to see different parts of Naples. The food was very good and our guide was very sweet.

Amazing, great food and especially we enjoied our guide, Ciro Scognamiglio, who was very kind, warm and knowledgeable, not only about the local cousine, but about almost everything else regarding Naples, Italy, and the World in general. We can't recommend him enough! Highly recommended if you're into a very enjoiable, educative, and tasty food tour in Naples. Perfect!!!

We had a great time with Michele! He took his time explaining the dishes and how they fit into the context of larger Italian history. We left full and more aware of the history of Naples. We would definitely do it again!

Michele was the best! Very friendly and knowledgable. All of our food stops were delicious and places we wouldn't think to stop if we were there on our own. We really enjoyed having this tour as a part of our journey!
