Overview

This tour will begin at 6pm. The tour will walk along Kokusai-Dori Street, which has achieved remarkable development since the end of World War II and was once called "the miracle mile," stopping along the way at the Makishi Public Market, also known as Okinawa's kitchen, izakayas, and bars where local sake is served, and eating while reflecting on the history of the area with a local guide. Okinawa has a very unique culture within Japan. Enjoy the best food and drink that can only be experienced in Okinawa. Discover Okinawa's nightlife with a night tour visiting izakaya-style bars. Naha has many deep izakaya bars that even Japanese tourists miss. This tour offers an authentic Okinawan nightlife experience with a local guide.

The guide took us to an older part of Naha. Food and drinks where good and the guide was very knowledgeable about the area.

Hic was a great host. So glad that he took us to traditional Okinawa spots, teaching us about history and traditions. Lots of energetic pubs, lots of fun. Highly recommend.

Fantastic, laid back food+drink tour

We had a great time walking around town trying new food and drinks in a very relaxed atmosphere. We ended the evening at a restaurant with great live local music. We definitely got to places we would never have found on our ownso I would highly recommend this tour. I think there is a lot of variety in tours that say "pub crawl" this was very laid back and focussed on food and culture as well as trying local drinks so it fit what we were looking for. The guide was fantastic, friendly, helpful and sent us photos he had taken during the tour.

Such great local experience with our kind and knowledgeable guide, Hic! It was my first day in Okinawa, and was able to visit all these cute local spots that I would never know existed if not by this tour. Good drinks, made new friends, and lots of laughters:) Hic even played Sanshin, the Okinawan traditional instrument for us, and it was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who’s visiting Okinawa first time or not. どもありがとう, Hic!
