Tempura is a dish made by coating vegetables and seafood with batter and frying them, and the crispy texture of the batter and the flavor of the ingredients are an exquisite match. Typical ingredients include shrimp, eggplant, seasonal vegetables, and local ingredients. Hokkaido is the most famous soba producing area in Japan. Hokkaido's climate and soil conditions are suitable for growing soba, so high-quality soba is produced. Areas known for particularly delicious soba include the Tokachi region and the Furano region. Hokkaido soba is flavorful and chewy, and its taste is loved by many people. In Hokkaido, there are many dishes using soba, and you can enjoy it in combination with local specialties and seasonal ingredients, or in a unique cooking method. Mondo's No.1 popular plan!The course plan will allow you to enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine, soba making experience and tempura. After the soba-making experience, you will receive your own soba noodles and tempura made by a Japanese food craftsman. Japanese people are accustomed to eating tempura with soba.I want more customers to experience Japanese food. The event will be held for two or more people. A three-minute walk from Miyanosawa Station on the Sapporo Subway Tozai Line If you come by car, there are two parking spaces in front of the store. Soba-noodle making experience is also popular among Japanese.Soba is one of the traditional foods of Japan, and beating it yourself is a good way to experience the culture.You can learn the process of making dough from buckwheat flour, stretching and cutting noodles through the buckwheat-noodle-making experience. Flow of soba making experience ① Mix buckwheat flour ② Stretching soba noodles ③ Cut the soba noodles ④ Sample your own soba noodles and artisan-made tempura The actual soba making experience time will be around 30 minutes.Then it was a tasting, and it took all the time. It takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes to finish everything. Even small children can enjoy soba making. ※Please note that our shop is open as a hand-made soba restaurant during the lunch hours, so we may not be able to make inquiries on the day. It’s also the start time of your experience, but being late may cause inconvenience to other start time guests.If you cannot come before the start time, we will treat it as a no-show. Lovely soba making experience

A lovely experience making soba with Taku. We enjoyed the process of learning the techniques for turning just buckwheat flour and water into delicious noodles. Then served with tempura of local fresh ingredients, made a memorable experience, thank you both!

Soba Fun in Sapporo

We had an awesome experience making soba on this booking. Our 10 year old granddaughter was able to fully participate and enjoy the carefully conveyed instructions. Not only did we get to make our own soba, we got to enjoy them perfectly cooked with tempura. So plan to come hungry.

This is a blast. The lesson isn’t too long and is very informative. The meal after is delicious. We spent about 30 minutes preparing the noodles, then another 30 or so enjoying soba with tempura and sake. I went with my wife and in-laws and we all had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed this experience! It was a nice experience with my family on our trip to Japan. It was the perfect length - not too short, not too long. The chefs were lovely and educated about soba. The meal of soba and fresh vegetable tempura were amazing, too!
