Enjoy this 2h30-street food tasting tour into one of the most enchanting and magic cities of the Southern Italy. Walk into the old town and taste the best local street food. Be impressed by the taste of the "rustico", soft puff pastry disc filled with mozzarella, tomato and bechamel, the flavour of local cheese, the crunchy tarallini, the "pasticciotto" freshly baked: a short pastry stuffed with custard and even more! We loved the entire tour. The local foods were fabulous, we liked every stop. Our favorite was the Rustica, but the gelato was fabulous and the taralli, wine and cheese were also great. We really enjoyed walking with Giancarlo, he brought the history and background of Lecce and made sure we understood what we were looking at and why it was important. The pace was perfect (one of us had mobility issues) and we never felt rushed or hurried. A wonderful day, highly recommend if you’re in Lecce for even a day!
