Phoned Jen at Airlie Beach Transfers the morning we were due to fly into Prosperine, anxious about making the ferry to Hamilton Island so needed a private transfer for our family of 5. She was very helpful and put my mind at ease explaining that if there was a delay, they would drive on the Shute Harbour to catch the next ferry. Charlie collected us in the Kia which was very spacious and had room for all our luggage. Thankfully the flight landed early and the bags came off quickly which isn't always the case at Proserpine. Charlie was able to talk at great length and knowledgeably about the local sugar cane industry on our way to Port of Airlie and answer the many questions I had. It made the journey go very quickly. Very happy family deposited in plenty of time to make our ferry connection. Thanks to Jen and Charlie.
