This experience was brilliant — better than expected. Our driver/guide Mr. Bruce is our hero and was vigilant in finding us at the designated meeting point.
Despite receiving wrong information from Iberostar personnel, he made sure he located us to conduct the scheduled tour. In addition, he presented additional ideas and information for the remainder of our stay. He’s the best! Kennedy Tours is tops.
As for the approach to Reggae Land, be advised: The surrounding community is not benefiting from the Marley Mausoleum attraction. In an effort to glean from the tourism, you may be offered a Farm Tour. The gentlemen were welcoming and full of local lore, however they were expecting to be paid $20 per head and were offering local medicinal herb at additional cost. If you are able to support local commerce and charities, bring extra cash (only).
