Overview

This one-way tour from Jasper to Banff is the ultimate way to experience the biggest and best the Canadian Rockies has to offer. Your journey to Banff will take you past sweeping glaciers, immense waterfalls and shimmering mountain lakes. Time will be provided at the Columbia Ice Fields to participate in the Glacier Adventure and Glacier SkyWalk which are both included along with a picnic lunch.

Great views.

A bus trip like no other. Although we were using this to transfer to Banff it was not just a bus trip. We went on the Icefields Parkway and the scenery was amazing! Our driver was friendly and we would never have driven this road ourselves in Winter conditions so it was a good way to travel.

We had an amazing day with Mike as our guide on the Jasper to Banff One Way trip. He was funny, knowledgeable and really looked after us including our 18 month old. Amazing part of the world. Highly recommend this tour

Wonderful way to travel from Jasper to Banff! May 2024

We booked this tour as a way to get to Banff from Jasper and it didn’t disappoint! Guide Norm was wonderful! He knew the area intimately and had many interesting stories along the way. Our first stop was at Athabasca Pass National Historic site and Athabasca falls. Then on to the Columbia Icefields where Norm dropped us off for our trip up to the Athabasca glacier on a 6 wheeled Ice Explorer. Although the glacier is receding it is still an amazing experience. Then we were off to the Skywalk, a glass floored walkway high above the valley floor. It was snowing initially so the glass was covered and not a scary as it could be. But the sky eventually cleared and we were able to experience the full effect! As it was so early in the season, we were unable to get to Peyto lake as it was still snowed in but a frozen Lake Louise was beautiful. We arrived at our hotel in Banff ready for a good sleep after a full fun filled day! Thank you, Sun Dog tours, and Viator.

Loved all the sites we stopped at my favorite was Bow Valley Lodge.
