Fun day in the historic center of CDMX

Yvan was great. He was very knowledgeable on Mexican history and the revolution and Aztec history. Saw all the great historical buildings and sights. Was very fun day.

Mariel was an incredibly knowledgeable and informative guide. Being able to walk through the historical center of Mexico City with Mariel and learn things we would not have know visiting these places ourselves made this so much more enriching. The ever present slants of streets and buildings truly show the past catching up to the city. Seeing the lobbies of these incredible buildings and bustling streets while ending at Constitution Plaza where there is even more history to dig into was the perfect route for our journey. I do not want to say any more about this amazing guide and our trek to spoil any of the gems we got to see and explore. Just know this was a perfect introduction to our historical visit.

We had such a lovely time with Mariel, we cannot recommend her enough. She was so informative and so kind, we really enjoyed the entire tour. I loved the pacing of the tour as well as all the historical context she provided for the area. She did an incredible job of informing us about different historical figures but giving the entire context around their time period so as to not paint a picture in one way or another. She also gave us an excellent taco rec that ended up being my favorite meal of my trip. Extremely worth the time and value.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed an incredible tour with Mariel. She was extremely knowledgeable about all things Mexican history, and really brought to life the events that shaped present-day CDMX. She took us to interesting and beautiful locations, recounting engaging stories about all of them. She was very friendly and easy to get along with. The basket taco was a particularly fun addition to the tour. Mariel was a fantastic guide. I would highly recommend a tour with her!

We loved meeting Juan Miguel and our time with him. It was our first time visiting Mexico City and Mexico, and he was the first person we met on our first day there - a great start!:) He showed us around all the main points in the historic center, told us some really interesting details (which you'll have to book him for if you want to know, too) and took us to his favorite street food place which we promptly visited again the next day - bc it's that good!
