Walking tour of Naples

We are a family of 6 who spent the day in Naples coming from Rome via train. We loved our walking tour of the highlights of Naples with Raffaele. Raffaele was very knowledgeable about his city. We learned the history of the city while visiting sites such as the palace, opera house, spanish quarter and the Cathedral of San Gennaro just to name a few. We sampled food along the way and truly enjoyed our day long trip. Rafaelle’s passion for his city is infectious and we all came away loving Naples!

As a first time cruiser, and a first time Mediterranean trip, there are a lot of decisions that needs to be made. Gennaro was our first guide on our trip. His expertise about the city he loves truly reflected on our exploration. My wish was to see the highlights of the city, where the locals live, and to experience street food. He fulfilled everyone of our needs. He would say “whatever you want, let’s go“. I will definitely use Withlocals for any more trips around the world. Charming and memorable Experience

Our tour guide, Alex, met us at the port and proceeded to take us on a wonderful walking tour of Naples. He was informative with respect to the city and its history, and he introduced us to fried pizza and other Neapolitan specialties. He was a pleasure to have as a guide, and considerate of the difficulty getting through the street crowds with a wheelchair. Would highly recommend him and this tour to everyonel
