Overview

Hi5 Tandem Paragliding is a company who love to share the ease, exhilaration and absolute freedom of tandem paragliding flights. Tandem paragliding flights are done from Lions Head and Signal Hill within the spectacular Table Mountain National Park. With a well organised and professional service you can relax and enjoy the ultimate tandem paragliding experience with Hi5 Tandem Paragliding. Seapoint promenade opposite the Winchester Mansion and the fields at the Glen Country Club/Bungalow Restaurant are the two preferred paragliding landing fields. Tandem paragliding flights vary in length as they are very dependent on weather conditions and can vary from about 8 to 15 minutes. Hi 5 Paragliding pilots pride themselves on the quality and duration of the paragliding flights, so they will paraglide with you for as long as possible because they love to fly! We will also return you to your vehicle on the mountain after the flight free of charge.

Itinerary

  • Signal Hill

    On the day of your flight your arrival time and the take-off location will be confirmed two hours before your booked time. For flights from Signal Hill please be sure to park your car in the parking lot. The take-off site is right next to parking lot close to the look out point. Our team will receive you on the mountain and get you ready for your flight with your instructor. During your flight you will have a great view of the Sea Point and surrounding areas, including Robben Island, Green Point Stadium and Table Mountain. Come enjoy the best views that Cape Town has to offer!

  • Lion's Head

    On the day of your flight your arrival time and the take-off location will be confirmed two hours before your booked time. For flights from Lions Head, parking is located next to the start of the hiking trail. Our team will meet you at the start/bottom of this hiking trail and you will take a short hike up to the take-off site together. During your flight you will have a great view of Lions Head, the 12 Apostles, Camps bay and the famous Clifton beaches. Come enjoy the best views Cape Town has to offer!

Great Experience

The experience was fantastic. After postponing the jump twice due to weather conditions. Hi5 was very accommodating and very spontaneously my husband and I were able to jump on our last day with two very experienced pilots! Thank you for the great experience!

It was really an amazing event! Communication for organization was very easy and friendly. And then we had an absolutely stunning flight with Hi5 Paragliding. The instructors were super „lekker“ and we always felt very safe. Thanks so much!

My wife and I did paragliding with Hi5 for her birthday as a surprise. We had fantastic flights with John and Grant. It was our first time and they explained everything clearly and were super calm from take-off to landing. We absolutely loved it and I’m sure we’ll be back again for another one! Highly highly recommended

Without a doubt one of the best experiences you can enjoy in Cape Town. I totally recommend doing it once in your lifetime! All the members of the Hi5 team, starting with their communication via WhatsApp to the time of the flight, were super attentive and professional. My pilot Grant was super friendly and made me feel at ease before our take-off. I had an absolute blast, and I'd repeat it again and again! Thank you so much!
