I had never heard of 'rancing' before but thought I'd give it a try. We jogged/walked between "dance stops" in beautiful / interesting locations where Sophie, the guide, led some free dancing to music and told us a bit about what we could see.
I thought I would be too self conscious to do something like this but doing it in a group made it fun and accessible. Even passers by started to join in! It was liberating :-)
It wasn't athletic. More to enjoy moving, having fun and blowing away a few cobwebs than running like you would in a race.
I'd recommend it as a fun, more active way to see the sights, especially if you're in a group.
