Our team had an incredible time taking the "Roux Class" during our offsite—it was the perfect blend of fun, learning, and collaboration. Even the most experienced cooks on our team picked up new tips and techniques, which added to the excitement. The hands-on experience brought everyone together and made for plenty of laughs and memorable moments. It was undoubtedly the highlight of our team-building activities, and our entire week in New Orleans. Chef Erika, Tracy, and Marcella were a joy to work with.
