This is a unique guided tour exploring Glasgow, that combines history, sightseeing and running! It’s perfect for visitors who want to make the most of their time in Glasgow and get an overview of the city and the key sights from a local, without missing out on exercise. We’ll take in the major landmarks but also some ‘off-the-beaten-track’ sights and local knowledge that you won’t find in a tour book: the buildings and statues, the amazing street art, the best bars and restaurants, and the untold stories about Glasgow’s past and present.

    Our guide will meet you on George Square, and explain the main sights and the history of Glasgow

  • Glasgow Cathedral

    Our guide will explain the history of the Carhedral - the oldest building in Glasgow.

  • The Necropolis

    We will run through the Necropolis, where you find some of the best views of Glasgow.

  • Glasgow Green

    We will run through Glasgow Green, stopping at key sights - including the Templeton Building and the MacLennan Arch

  • Barrowland Ballroom

    We will run past the Barrowland Ballroom and Barrowlands Park - where we will learn about the music heritage of this famous venue,

Sean was super flexible and helpful in curating an early morning run to fit our schedule and interests. We had a really good time and loved the combination of morning exercise & learning about Glasgow's history. 10/10 would recommend!
