The contact was very good at all times, they were attentive to any questions that existed. I reserved a bicycle that is not electric. In my air of grandeur, I thought it would be a good option. But it was not like that. The climbs were very long and tiring, so I stopped to rest on several occasions. The place is beautiful, I would go again a thousand times.
When I turn around and see the company van that took us I felt great relief. And yes, not even an hour passed when I started to feel very very tired. She kindly gave me a Raid to make the climb easier. On the descent I enjoyed it too much, the bike is great, nothing is wrong with it, it handles super well, but you need to be in good physical condition.
My Tour companions enjoyed the road more, their bike was hybrid and they didn't need to pedal as much. I ended up very tired. The guide was very friendly at all times, she is a great person and I am very grateful that she has been so patient with me.
Waiting for my colleagues, we went to her physical store and they have countless bicycles, it is the best bicycle store I know.
Moral: if you don't use a bike daily, rent the hybrid bike option.
