Awesome full day charter with Ryan

Our family booked the full day charter from St Thomas. Ryan was fantastic and helped us map out a great day of fun. We went to the baths, Willie T’s, a couple of beautiful beaches, and Soggy Dollar. He was very knowledgeable about the islands and had a lot of interesting facts to share. An awesome day….would highly recommend!

Let’s snorkel!

April 22, 2025 We go with Island Roots every time we visit St. John and have never been disappointed. Snorkeling is our focus, and Capt. Ivan had great recommendations! Taking weather conditions into consideration, we hit 7 snorkeling spots along the south side of the island. We love experiencing places accessible only by boat. Island Roots offers a comfortable and fun filled day, a highlight of our trip!

Beautiful boat, Captain Troy was great, amazing experience. He took us to several gorgeous snorkeling spots where we saw sea turtles, tons of pretty fish and even a huge lobster!

We have been on Island Roots Charter in the past and never disappoints!! Jordan the owner is great! He helps understand what we all wanted to do! There were 6 of us and we did the extended USVI out of the Westin Beach and had a fabulous time!! Captain Andrew was the best! We have had Captain Max in the past but he had another commitment. Andrew made our day special! We went to a few snorkel places and then to Lime Out that was a hoot to eat tacos on floating Lily Pads! The memories we made were priceless and look forward to our next adventure! Thank you Island Roots for the magical day!

Fantastic Day on STJ

We have booked many charters on STJ and have enjoyed all of them, but the experience we had with Captain Ivan at Island Roots Charters was arguably the best! He was so accommodating to our group of six which had all age ranges and a variety of levels for snorkeling. His deep knowledge of the history of STJ was very insightful and we cannot thank Ivan enough for our day. As for the boat… handled the waves and swells amazingly and was an extremely comfortable experience. Thank you and looking forward to next time!
