Itinerary

  • Rainbow Mountain Peru

    Rainbow Mountain is one of the 5 most beautiful mountains in the world because of the colors it has, and is also listed by National Geographic magazine as one of the 100 most visited places in the world. Our trip will head to the south valley of Cusco. The travel company will pick you up from your hotel at a designated time 1 day before travel. We will start a 2 hour trip to Cusipata district breakfast place. After breakfast we will continue the journey for 1 hour and 40 minutes more to the community of Qáyrahuiri, here start the adventure Atvs. Before starting the adventure in the Atvs we will have a guide instruction. To enjoy this enigmatic place we will take a 5 minute walk to take souvenir photos and an explanation of the place (approximately 50 minutes). Finally the whole group returns to the Atvs for the trip back to the restaurant for lunch. The tour lasts 12 hours The tour. End of the tour Plaza REGOSIJO.

Fun but strenuous tour!

Amazing tour! Great WhatsApp communication from them. I requested a few last minute changes and they did their best to accommodate. We did the ATV tour of rainbow mountain and red valley. Be prepared that it’s not an easy tour. The road is extremely curvy and you can easily get motion sick. ATV ride is not easy. But my kids 23 and 18 had a blast. The hike is strenuous. The guide helped us a lot. Unfortunately it was snow covered white mountain for us instead of rainbow mountain :(. Food was FANTASTIC!! Overall 5 stars!!!

Rainbow Mountain Tour with ATV and Meals

We had a fantastic experience on our Rainbow Mountain tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable, sharing lots of great information, and he was incredibly patient while taking pictures of us. He also made sure to stop whenever we needed to catch our breath, which was much appreciated given the high elevation. A great plus was that he had Florida water for us to inhale whenever we were out of breath-it really helped cope with the high altitude. We booked the tour that included ATVs, and it was a great choice! After arriving by bus, we rode ATVs up the mountain, which meant we only had to walk a short distance-perfect for such an elevated area. The breakfast and lunch included in the tour were very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and l'd highly recommend this tour!
