Itinerary

  • Soller

    Sóller, the commercial and cultural center of the Sierra, welcomes us to the main square of Sóller, which is perfect for sitting on a terrace and looking at the church of San Bartolomé and the Banco de Sóller building. Both constructions are a modernist work by the architect Joan Rubió, a disciple of Gaudí, who also signed the façade of the church, with a rose window carved in stone. Known as the cradle of modernism, Sóller keeps an extensive history between its streets and buildings. The old colonial-style manor houses and palaces tell us how in the 19th and 20th centuries, Majorcan merchants made their fortunes trading oranges in France and how King Alfonso XIII proclaimed Sóller the city and commercial and cultural center of the area.

    Puerto de Sóller, a natural port surrounded by mountains that offers all kinds of activities and places of interest, as well as wonderful views. The Port of Sóller has a rich maritime history due to its perfect location in the Sierra de Tramuntana, which made it the commercial center of the area and a treasure coveted by former pirates and smugglers.

I have seen a few negative reviews with lmon.tours, I have to disagree I booked 6 trips with this company with sales assistant petra. The marineland is a must for all ages We never had any problems with them The lady in the palma nova office was very helpful, jolly & helpful Petra advised us which trips would not be suitable for us due to bad arthritis in both knees She is a lovely lady & I found very friendly & helpful I would rate lmon.tours 5 stars Thanks petra, you helped us have a great time on our holiday

A lovely way to travel from Soller to Port Soller. Through the town of Soller then the orchards and countryside and finally into the lovely bustling Port.

Train and tram tour to Soller

My husband and I did this lovely day out to Soller and our tour guide Carmen was absolutely fantastic. We misheard the time for teturn to Palma from Soller and ended up making our own way on the tram and train. She rang us on the train and arranged to pick us up from a station just outside of Palma. We were very relieved that she and our coach driver made sure that we were able to return with the tour part. I cannot praise them enough for their care and hard work on our behalf. I highly recommend Limon Tours for all their tours. Thank you everyone whos was involved.
