Just an outstanding experience. Memphis yours was perfect. the customer service aspects, punctuality, attention to details, great knowledge of our guide Mervat everything was exceptional.
our coordinator Ahmed Fathy was outstanding. was available any time i reached out prior to the trip from USA and had planned everything meticulously, professional and exceptional.
Our local point of contact in Cairo Mustafa Rafat reached out before we left, assured us that he will be waiting to receive us and was there, assisted us with the visas, travel to the hotel and all the trips from the airport and back when we went to Luxor on early morning and late night hours ..was exceptional.
our Guide Mervat Kefafy was so knowledgeable, patient , gracious and kind. she made our trip memorable by going us the right amount of guidance, historical perspectives and time to explore on our own. coordinates our pictures, camel rides just an exceptional guide.
Finally our driver Anwer Galal, what a great person. He was outstanding, drove so well in the city's traffic, was waiting for us right on time, always had loads of water for us, when asked for local
delicacies stipe sand hot those for us was very very nice. he was incredibly gracious with the kids, attentive to their needs and was exceptional.
