Here are the Meeting points for travelers that are in Downtown Hotels and Airbnb or any location that we can't reach: 1. Cancun Meeting Point: -in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart on Tulum Avenue 2. Playa Del Carmen: -Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen 3. Tulum -There is no pick-up in any hotel or ... Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki Market's main gate over at federal avenue. If the customer is staying in Tulum or past Playa Del Carmen, the fifth avenue stop will be skipped. We are at liberty to assign any meeting point for all hotels or locations that we can't reach, we may assign landmarks, nearby hotels, and stores among others. The pickup time is set according to your location, the travelers that don't provide a pick-up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise, we will not be able to provide the service.
