Overview

The Court of Two Sisters' Buffet Brunch boasts is a sumptuous display of hot and cold dishes. They use only the freshest ingredients so the buffet's selections change according to season and time of day. In the morning, a typical selection of hot dishes includes made-to-order omelets, eggs Benedict, ham, sausage and bacon, grits and grillades, and Gumbo. The afternoon's sampling includes Creole jambalaya, turtle soup, pork ribs, duck a l'Orange, and shrimp etouffee amongst many others. Additionally, one complimentary glass of house wine, champagne or mimosa is included.

    The cold buffet is a creative sampling of boiled shrimp (and crawfish when in season) with your choice of traditional cocktail or Creole remoulade sauces, seafood and pasta salads, ceviche, pates, cheeses and a variety of fresh fruit. Also included are delicious desserts: pecan pie, homemade vanilla ice cream, bananas foster and our famous bread pudding with whiskey sauce. While enjoying brunch, relax and sing along with the Jazz Trio, which plays daily.

We were received cordially and directed to a table quickly. All the wait staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was plentiful and tasty, with a lot of variety. The jazz was good - different for me in that I had never seen a banjo in a jazz band! It was good and the whole experience was fun.

Excellent Restaurant

This is an amazing restaurant. The buffet that is served from i believe 9am to 3pm is just phenomenal. There was a large variety of food and the service was fantastic. The food was very good and i feel it was priced accordingly as it was about 33 dollars a person. I would just go to the restaurant instead of going through an app as we found that the app we were going to use was charging $50 a person and even though it included a Mimosa it was more budget friendly just going to the restaurant. They also have a dinner service that Im not sure if it is a buffet or not but with this you may want to call for reservations. There is a courtyard you can sit in but we preferred the inside. There was a band that played while we were there eating. The staff is amazing, so nice and accomodating. Their creamed spinach was so good as well as the other items available. They have a cookbook you can purchase if you like. This is one place we will definately go back to in our future visits to New Orleans.

Very enjoyable brunch buffet

The morning splurge on this visit to The Big Easy was the live jazz brunch buffet at The Court of Two Sisters (613 Royal Street). While a little pricey at $33.00/person, we would do it again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Mimosas are $10/glass but you can order a half carafe for $24, which is served in 2 separate carafes of sparkling wine and orange juice. We filled our mimosa glasses 5 times, which we felt was a very good value. Also, if you make a reservation for 10:45 and eat leisurely, you’ll be able to select from 2 different buffets; breakfast items are switched out for lunch items (including shrimp etouffee) at 11:30. Finally, you can earn 10 Ultimate Reward points for each dollar spent if you have an eligible card and make your reservation through Chase Dining.
