If you're going to be near Osaka or Kobe you shouldn't miss out on this experience. Saeko-sensei was amazing. The class is in her comfy home which is a very short walk from the station. She was funny, entertaining, and very informative in helping us learn how to make ramen and gyoza. She speaks very good English and is a total sweetheart. We were struggling a bit making the gyoza but we finally pulled through. They weren't pretty, but they tasted great. I definitely have even more respect for the chefs that make those by hand. :)
Next time we're in the Kansai region of Japan, we're definitely going to schedule one of the other classes. Out of all the things I've done in Japan, taking this definitely ranks among the top.
