Fill out your immigration forms and move through customs and immigration with your fast-track service. Your host then helps you in picking up your luggage and escorts you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge. Please proceed to our desk no8 to get your private transportation service. Departure Services, Lounge and Private Hotel Transfer: For your return, enjoy personalized hotel pickup. At Sangster International Airport, check in for your flight and continue to the Club Mobay information booth, located next to the entrance for security and immigration. Register for your lounge access here, and then sail through security and immigration, bypassing the regular line with your fast-track access. Head inside the Club Mobay departure lounge, on the mezzanine level next to Gate 9.

At Sangster International Airport, check in for your flight and continue to the Club Mobay information booth, located next to the entrance for security and immigration. My second time vacationing in Jamaica, and I didn’t know how essential Club Mobay was the first time. This is by far a MUST!! From being greeted with the most smiling face, getting expedited through customs, to the baggage claim, and then to our lounge was a huge stress reliever. Everything was completed in less than 20 mins. When traveling to Jamaica, Club Mobay is a must!!!

Holiday Services made everything so smooth. Omar handled everything at the door & gave us important info & his number for any problems that might come up at all at any time for our whole vacation transfer related or not (so nice!) and Andre was an absolute pro driver. Quick, attentive, and with a fantastic car. Couldn’t be happier with these guys.

Club Mobay worth the money

This was my first time using club mobay upon arriving into Jamaica. Let me tell you, it is so worth it. I was off the plane and they were waiting for me with my name on a whiteboard. They took us thru customs and it was really fast. There was no line or waiting. The last time I went to Jamaica it took forever. I enjoyed the food at the lounge, and all the staff were so helpful and pleasant. It was a great way to start my trip. On the way back same experience. Security check point was just as fast and the lounge was clean and food excellent.

Worth the money, made getting through the airport super quick, and in the lounge with a drink while others were still in the queue.
