Sam was outstanding! He’s very informative and also had fun with us. We ended up eating quite a bit of food, so I suggest come hungry!

This was a wonderful tour and it was all down to Sam! The chocolate dishes we were introduced to were delicious but what made the tour was Sam's wealth of knowledge about chocolate, pastry, local architecture and history, and so much more. I was excited for this tour when I booked it but it was 100x better than I could've expected with Sam as our tour guide. It's a must do!

We had such a lovely afternoon with Elisa on our chocolate tour. She is such a joy and a wealth of knowledge not only about chocolate but the history of Mexico. I would highly recommend this tour or any others that she offers!

I had enough chocolate in a variety of forms to satisfy me for the rest of the year. Although the tour is focused on chocolate, we learned a lot on regional history.
