Our day with Nicolas was an amazing experience. We have done winery tours before, but this was our first experience with Champagne. The production process is very different from typical wines and we learned a lot. Also, the history and interactions between the growers and champagne houses is interesting. We were picked up on time in Paris, then went to three houses. Mumm. The big one, is impressive. A quick stop at the Dom Perignon tomb/church. Then two mid size houses of J Chopin (w Lunch) and Don Caudron. I always enjoy visiting the mid size producers the best. Our group was 5 people in the van. The other guests were a hoot, which makes these tours great! Nicolas was on hand to answer all questions during the day, great guy. Drop off at Hotel De Ville is right on the metro, easy.

Its was a beautiful day. Our guide, Chloe was exceptional. She was knowledgable and extremely hospitable and very aware of her group and cared for our needs. She made the day perfect. We loved the champagne, the tours, the lunch and this was a great tour pick!!!
