Overview

Caribou Crossing Tour Vibrant community with ancestral traditions Unique scenery of mountains and lakes “ A Place where Spiritual Journey Begins “ Home to the Carcross/Tagish First Nation. It is 74 km (46 mi) south-southeast by the Alaska Highway and the Klondike Highway from Whitehorse. Bridge to the first people migrating across the Bering Strait land bridge at least 10,000 years ago!

    Scenic drive to the Yukon border Lakes and Mountains Selfie Time . Scenic Drive of the South Klondike Highway. For the Klondikers was the beginning of a dream! (One who prospects for gold)

    Visiting Caribou Crossing Village View of the main Historical part of the Village. Walk to the stunning views that Bennet lakes offers to the aduventers. Visit to the Story Poles from the Tlingit/Tagish Nation.

Wonderful day tour in Yukon's nature

Sandra picked us up from the hotel on time, and then we went to the South of Whitehorse toward Carcross. She is very friendly and well familiar with the region. We spent a very good day with this tour. People who loves natural landscape should join this tour to explore the Yukon area.

We had a wonderful full-day tour with Sandra During the morning, we went to Caribou Crossing, and during the night the Aurora Boreal tour. She is totally amazing!! One of the things I loved about her was how well she knew the city. She took us to the best spots, and we got some of the most amazing pictures I've ever seen! I highly recommend Nomada Excursions if you're looking for comfort, knowledge, and a friendly guide.

Sandra is a really great guide. As soon as she picks you up, you will feel as a part of small family. She is very knowledgeable and likes to hear and tell stories. Above all, she loves what she does and that makes her tours awesome. I definitely recommend tours by her.

My Guide was very knowledgeable about wildlife and historical and scenic points of Caribou crossing and stopped at places that had good photo opportunities.She also was fully prepared for an unexpected emergency with necessary equipment. I was very keen on seeing Yukon wildlife and she did the best to locate them. I saw several Grouse, Woodland Caribou and a wolf. Also when there was an avalanche warning she carefully took necessary safety measures.

The pick up was on time and the driving, stopping and my requirements were very well met. The Guide was very knowledgeable about wildlife and found me a herd of woodland Caribou which was my highlight of the trip. Also our safety and precautions for safety was well taken by the guide
