Overview

This combined package has it all. Our guides, Cambridge alumni or students, blend personal experiences with a passion for the city's history and architecture. Our 90-minute tour covers highlights like the Corpus Clock, the Eagle Pub, the Old Cavendish Laboratory, Queens’ College and the Mathematical Bridge, King’s College from the Backs, Trinity College, Trinity Hall and St. John’s College, Gonville and Caius, the Senate House. You also have the option to enter King's College chapel for the ultimate Cambridge experience! Secondly, enjoy a 45-minute punting tour that showcases eight renowned Cambridge colleges, from Darwin to Magdalene, and highlights nine picturesque bridges such as the Mathematical Bridge and the Bridge of Sighs. Please note, that while our walking tour is wheelchair/stroller accessible, our punting tours are not. However, customers can be accommodated with seat cushions. The punts have umbrellas and blankets available for poor weather conditions.

The tour includes a 1.5-hour walk at a moderate pace, requiring basic fitness for light activity. Wear comfortable, supportive shoes and dress appropriately for potentially bad weather and muddy terrain

7 middle aged women let loose in cambridge and our tour guides looked after us amazingly. David our tour guide for the walk around the streets was so good, he talked in a very engaging manner which made all the history about Cambridge so interesting. Highly recommemd trying to get David as your guide. Teddy was our punting guide. A young man who was so much fun and great at punting. The punting gave us a different view of Cambridge and Teddy also had loads of information to share. It was a fun, interesting day which I can highly recommend. Both guides were so good. Must do tour.

Elliot was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. Such a great experience! Highly recommend! We did the walking tour, Kings college, and punting. Loved it all!

Our guide David is amazing!! He told us a lot of history, stories about Cambridge. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He answered my questions very patiently and nicely. Highly recommend him as your tour guide at Cambridge. Thank you David. Also the punting experience was fantastic!

An Interesting introduction to the highlights of Cambridge University history, its colleges, famous students and student life. Our tour guide Annie was very good being both entertaining and knowledgeable including from her own experience as a Cambridge graduate.
