Overview

Experience the actual training of sumo wrestlers in a real sumo stable. A guide explains the history and traditions of sumo, with many tips for enjoying sumo matches At last, you will have a sumo match with a rikishi! (Only if you want.) Women and children can also participate! Make chicken dumplings for chanko-nabe, a dish that builds the body of a sumo wrestler, and eat them together! Easy Access! 10 minutes from Yokohama Station, 20 minutes from Tokyo Station, and 30 minutes from Shinjuku Station!

Always wanted to wrestle a sumo!

Everything was good organized and the were all friendly. We had fun the whole time and i know many guy's think about wnting to wrestle a sumo and thats just what i did two times and man was it fun (the are a hell of a lot stronger then i thought) and the 2 sumo's were really friendly and funny aswell so its a 10/10 for me and jim the man who picked us up at the train station is a really nice man we had to wait for some others to show up so we chatted a bit and he just nice a honest. Hell the whole country i experienced as nice and friendly so japan was a dream to go once but now i feel like i have to go back again someday,and might book this one again if we stay close by.

Fun, engaging, don't need to be huge or fit to participate. Solid activity. You can do practice maneuvers and actually wrestle a Sumo if you like.

Sumo wrestling immersive experience

I was disappointed that the friend whose flight was canceled couldn’t get a refund. Sad that she missed AND lost out on the money. It was a fantastic experience. Especially since we tried to cancel BEFORE the cutoff time. (PST).

Great experience and Interactive

This was a really fun great experience. The host Jim son had really good English and was very good at explaining everything. Anyone can ask questions any time. You get to meet a few wrestlers and do several practice moves and even wrestle. It's very interactive and engaging with lots of sumo info. Plus you watch some tournaments on a large screen.
