Overview

St. Ann, arguably the largest parish in Jamaica is known for its beautiful and wide variety of flora including over 300 species of ferns. It is said that the name given was ‘Santa Ana’ by explorer Christopher Columbus simply because of its beauty. Feel the heartbeat of St. Ann experiencing three of the most exhilarating and relaxing tours found on this side of the island. ATV, Bamboo Rafting and Horseback Ride. What more can you ask for? This combo tour is a must do experience for all visitors to the island. Sit back, relax and enjoy a day of fun and adventure. On the day of your tour you’ll be picked up in the lobby area of your hotel in a clean air condition van. Drive along Jamaica’s beautiful countryside to the resort town of Ocho Rios . After your tours have ended your driver will make recommendation as to locations to have lunch. Your driver who will be with you for the entire duration of the tour will then transport you back to your hotel lobby for drop off.

    Rio Bueno is a small town located near the border of Trelawny and St. Ann. The town was the subject of James Bartholomew Kidd's lithographic print of Rio Bueno, in 1835. It is believed that it was here that Christopher Columbus first landed, although Discovery Bay also makes claim to the honour.

    Your Horseback Ride n Swim Adventure starts with pickup at your hotel lobby or cruise port. You’ll be driven in comfort and style along a scenic route on the Jamaican countryside to our exciting Horseback ride experience. Explore the home town Jamaica’s first National Hero Marcus Mosiah Garvey by horseback where you will enjoy scenic views while learning about the Garden Parish. Our gentle horses will take you along the countryside while your guide highlights local villages close by.

Get engrossed in its rich history as you tour the great house/museum which was once a Spanish fort. Stroll through the gardens and down to the river to embark on your Bamboo Rafting Adventure. One of the many places whose name still shows remnants of our Spanish influence is the Rio Nuevo. Step aboard a handcrafted 30ft bamboo raft and let us take you down one of Jamaica’s famous rivers just steps away from the Rio Nuevo Battle site. In 1658, the largest battle fought on Jamaican soil was between the British & Spaniards.     End your day on a high as you journey on your ATV through the meandering tropical forest to the peak of Snow Hill. Explore the hills with your professional guide and navigate the hills to the head of the world-famous Dunn’s River Falls. As you weave through the terrains, you can catch glimpses of native birds and fruits. Before your adventure begins you’ll receive a safety briefing from your tour guide with instructions on how to operate your ATV along with your personal safety equipments. Discover a hidden trail that leads to a secret river where you’ll have the opportunity to take a splash while your tour guide assist you with taking pictures. Enjoy a thrilling and adventurous ride that will have you wanting more.

Bucketlistja is hands down one of the best tour offering service that I've experienced. I felt safe and knew that my tour guide Kirk was going to make sure that my experience was memorable and it was. Great communication during the booking process and very knowledgeable about the places we went. ATV, riding through the mountains, was exhilarating.. bamboo rafting was the most relaxing experience that you could ever imagine I loved the horse back riding on the water love the animals I can’t wait to come back and do it all over again. We also jet skis on the beach playing tag having fun never been before first experience. Definitely come back and do it all over again.

I had such an amazing time honestly. Very private and great service. Provided drinks, had awesome stops, and much more. I had an excellent tour guide, Kurth. He took amazing photos of us and had an uplifting personality. He helped us with everything and provided great service. 10/10, i would go again.
