    After exploring the temple, head to the Nile River, which has had an incomparable role in developing Egyptian civilization. Cruise down the river to the Nubian village situated opposite Soheil Island, close to the Aswan Dam pass. Once there, trace out the different aspects of traditional life and culture in the village by meeting native people. To understand more, wander among the houses in lush palm groves and admire their varied colors: sky blue, yellow, pink, and more. Spend some time shopping for some delightful handcrafted gifts before sailing back along the River Nile. The tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel in Aswan.

Had a wonderful day with Aida. Started at the Temple and then we got to explore Aswan a bit and ended in the Nubian village. Aida showed us some of the local shops in Aswan and helped us negotiate prices and purchase the things we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and all of the other temples. It was really nice to spend half of my day with her. I would happily do it again.

Wonderful experience in the city of Aswan with our guide Michael! He was very patient as we arrived late from Luxor. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth, funny, and so accommodating. He was so patient during our shopping and made us feel very welcome. I will always remember this tour of the Nubian Village and Philae Temple. Wish we could have stayed with our guide for our whole vacation in Egypt. I went with my two daughters and we felt very safe and comfortable.

Our guide was Michael and he made total difference. Michael has a perfect fluent amazing English. He is so kind, polite, a true Egyptologist. You see passion on his eyes while he talks about the history. I would spend days listening to his explanations. He picked us up on time im the hospital and from the beggining he was fully dedicated to us and our experience. After 12 days in Efypt, this was our last tour and we could not be happier. A huge thank to Michael, for making our last tour as an amazing last memory of our trip. Anyone going to Egypt, I highly recommend to ask for Michael as a guide. You have my word that you will not regret it!
