Agra is home to the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World and it is a famous destination for tourist because of the magnificent Mughal Infrastructure, arts & culture. The present Agra city was established by Sikandar Lodi of the Lodi Dynasty in the 16th century and later it became the capital city of the mighty Mughals. Agra is house of three UNESCO’s world heritage site. It’s a must visit tourist destination.     The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal; it also houses the tomb of Shah Jahan himself.

    Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. Before capture by the British, the last Indian rulers to have occupied it were the Marathas.

    Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Often described as a "jewel box", sometimes called the "Bachcha Taj", the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal.

    Mehtab Bagh is a charbagh complex in Agra, North India. It lies north of the Taj Mahal complex and the Agra Fort on the opposite side of the Yamuna River, in the flood plains. The garden complex, square in shape, measures about 300 by 300 metres and is perfectly aligned with the Taj Mahal on the opposite bank.

Memorable Experience of Taj Mahal visit!

We visited Taj Mahal on 17th March and took service of Guide Vipin. He had knowledge and shared information. I was travelling with two senior citizens and kids and he was very patient with us, moved with our pace and was helpful. He ensured our experience was memorable. As we planned to visit again the next day morning he gave us some tips as well on what time to visit and how to navigate. If you plan to visit Taj Mahal I would highly recommend taking guide Vipin services .

My family and I had an excellent tour of Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort with our very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful guide Vipin. We were very lucky to have him tour us as he was so efficient in getting us through the crowds and got us to places that were less crowded and he took so many excellent photos for all of us from the most coveted locations with the best of Taj views. We were so happy with him that we even requested him the very next morning for the sunrise tour of the Taj and also of the Agra fort. We were all extremely impressed by his knowledge and his ability to manage us through the crowds and also for taking excellent photos as he excels in photography. We highly recommend him.

Incredible Taj tour with Vipin ji

We came to Agra for a day to ring in a birthday and what an amazing thing to do so at the Taj Mahal :) Vipin ji was our guide and not only was he informative about the structure, history and details but also helped us immensely with guiding us about photographs, vendors as well. Such a friendly, warm person..not pushy at all. The 2.5 hours just flew by and now we are headed home with wonderful memories.
