Overview

This wine tour is our best one yet! You'll be picked up at your hotel or Air BnB and transported into Niagara's wine country. You will visit 5 of these amazing wineries (we include an extra on the list as a backup). You'll taste whites, reds, and of course no tour would be complete without some of Niagara's famous Ice Wine! Lunch will consist of a Picnic Board Cheese & Charcuterie BONUS - Effective January 1st receive a complimentary Out of Town Lincoln souvenir wine glass to remember your tour!

    Come Visit one of Niagara on the Lakes most authentic & premium organic wineries. Our winery is traditional, romantic and cozy. We maintained the winery to keep a rustic farm vibe. We are super small batch and our wine in not available in the liquor stores, making our products unique and exclusive.

    Caroline Cellars is one of Niagara's best family owned and operated wineries. The Lakeit family – with a half-century of farming history behind them – opened Caroline Cellars in 2002. Focusing on fresh and approachable wines, the award-winning portfolio includes both white and red varietals, a small selection of fruit wine and critically acclaimed and awarded Icewine.

    Taste wines from our authentic collection while one of our wine educators will curate your tasting to accompany a warm food option made by Chef Tim MacKiddie of Smoke and Barrel Niagara. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy: - Green salad with a citrus vinaigrette made with our Riesling - A BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich - A red wine glazed brownie for dessert -OR- Our BTL craft wine and gourmet offerings are guaranteed to be the highlight of your stay in Ontario's wine country. Your host will guide you through our incredible wine menu perfectly paired with artisan cheese and charcuterie. A Cheese and Charcuterie Board includes: 4-wine tastings per person 3-artisan cheeses A selection of charcuterie by Smoke and Barrel Niagara Roasted nuts. Fantastic Wine Experience

We had a wonderful time with Out of Town Lincoln and our fantastic guide, Marko! He was so knowledgeable and made the experience really enjoyable. The food and wine were delicious—indeed, a treat! We look forward to using them again on our next trip here!

Lovely way to spend a day

Stunning autumn day in Ontario. Five different wineries/distilleries - lots of variety for your wine or spirits. Lovely hosts at each location, willing to share and teach this wine newbie. Our driver host, Don Sexsmith, is a treasure! Extremely gregarious and entertaining while keeping us on schedule. So very glad he was driving - I may have been slightly impaired after that many tastings. The charcuterie board is beautiful and definitely needed to pace yourself. The chocolates are luscious with many flavor pairings and textures NOTE: Several bottles went home with us and there would have been many more if we could have gotten or shipped them over the Canada/USA border. Considering another trip in the future...

Wasn't sure what to expect. We were hoping for more of a tour of the wineries, instead of just tasting tours, but that was probably my own fault for misunderstanding. We were picked up in a lovely SUV with lots of room. There was one other couple with us for the tour. Our driver Don was very relaxed and explained our timeline and when we needed to be where. There was little rush with the exception of the chocolate factory as if we missed the tour time, the next one wasn't for a while (an hour apart I believe). Don made sure he had water for us, and was happy to entertain all of our questions. Overall it was a fantastic day with Don and our American tour buddies!

Fabulous winery tours

We had a fabulous day visiting the wineries and. Chocolate factory. We loved Reif Estates and Wayne Gretzky winery. The selection of wineries was a terrific variety each with their own personalities. We also can’t say enough about Don our captain for the day. Lovely funny and absolute gem to spend the day with. He took us on the scenic route and saw beautiful whirlpools and lush scenery. Definitely request DON!!
