Luxembourg & it's history from the eyes of a local...

We have done many "Free" Walking Tours, all over the world and we really enjoyed this one. I'm sorry, I can't quite remember the guide's name (Carolyn???) (she was South African), but she was very good. She spoke of the history of Luxembourg, which was interesting, as well as sharing many interesting snippets about the city. eg The number of languages local children learn (also less interesting, but important, the location of various free public toilets!). If you want to learn a bit about Luxembourg, I would recommend this walk :)

The tour starts close to free transit stops. The guide Carol is friendly and informative. You get to learn about history and see highlights, and she gives you directions and tips for further exploration. It is an excellent way to start your trip: you get introduced to the area and recommendations for restaurants and activities, so you can plan the rest of your trip!
