We recently completed our trip to Japan in April 2025. We used TravelOne services to plan and book this trip. Right from the beginning, TravelOne helped us with the planning all aspects our trip from hotels, ground transfers, sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Our driver guides for Tokyo (Yuki), Kyoto/Osaka (Nobu) and Hiroshima (Remi) were extremely knowledgeable and took care of us throughout the day. They were always on time and customized the trip according to our needs. Working with TravelOne took the stress out and we were able to focus on enjoying the trip. We plan to use TravelOne services again and highly recommend this for your future trip as well.

Overall it was a fantastic holiday for us, i can say very memorable trip for all of us. Time was just perfect, not too cold and not too hot, very pleasant. Every city was difference experience.

The most amazing kind and sweet drive ever! Spoke English well! And was very knowledgeable about the island!
Wow! Iwan was hands down one of my most favorite guides I’ve ever had he was the sweetest and had most kind soul! He picked us up at the cruise port with a sign in hand so we found him very easily and drove us to the area where we met with our snorkeling guide he made sure everything worked great including the fitting of our flippers. Our main excursion took the day and when we returned he was there waiting ready for us with a big smile on his face! On our way back to the cruise port he asked us about the snorkeling experience and pointed out buildings and landmarks to share with us. We had a very lovely conversation about the island and so much more he told us the he has been learning English for about two years and it was so impressive how well he spoke! If I were to come back to Bali I would most certainly reach out to him!
4 days trip to bali
Pak Inya was our guide and Driver for our trip. He has made this trip a very plesant trip for me and my wife. He is a very patient man and has a vast knowlodge in the history of Bali and taok effort to explain the histoty and why things are the way we see.he also speaks good english and is a safe driver. I will surely recommemd Pak Inya as a guide for anyone.
Good time
I had a great experience. It rained the fast days so there was a lot of water in the waterfall which made it look fantastic. I had a good time and my guide Nadal was great. Knew a lot and was very knowledgeable about great pictures locations. It might be a bit expensive but the waterfalls and the caves are great.
An exciting experience
We had a one day private tour with Putri, who went above and beyond during the rainy season to make sure we had an exciting and safe experience. Her knowledge of the local area and Ubud made the tour efficient and highly memorable. We would recommend Putri to our family and friends!
The Best!!
For sure worth it! I've never been one for too many pictures of myself, but my guide was so great and enthusiastic about it, but also like *made me look good!* We went to all the places listed and I was given good information about the locations as well as all of my questions well-answered. My guide was an excellent driver and I had no doubts of of safely arriving at each destination despite the crazy traffic. Definitely book this, you'll see some amazing places, and have a good time doing it!
Wonderful and Pleasant Moments
Our driver, Teja is very friendly and patient. He arrives at the pick up point earlier. We customise our own itinerary (Ubud, North Bali) and he suggests to us the other interesting places as well. Our trip is brilliant and hope to come back to explore the other part of Bali.
Our guide Bagus was simply amazing!
We had an incredible experience in Bali with Bagus as our tour guide! He took us around Ubud, and the trip was nothing short of fantastic. Bagus was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we saw, from the mesmerizing Monkey Sanctuary to the breathtaking rice fields and the serene Purification Temple. Traveling with our 3-month-old son, we appreciated his patience and kindness throughout the day. He made us feel completely at ease and went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable experience. A special touch was how he always offered to take photos of us, capturing beautiful memories that we’ll cherish forever. We highly recommend Bagus for anyone visiting Bali – his professionalism and warmth truly made our trip unforgettable!
Mount Batur Tour from Ubud
This was the first tour we went to after arriving in Bali and had the best experience with exotic paradise. We went on a family trip with an elderly person and the tour went smoothly. We were assigned with a tour guide named Arno he was amazing. He was really helpful, he knew a lot and was patient with our family. If anyone comes to Bali with their family I highly recommend booking from the exotic paradise bali. They have amazing service at reasonable price!
Amazing Experience
I would highly recommend Mr Yasa as a guide, during our day trip we were extremely well looked after and throughly enjoyed our day. All the stops were very well coordinated and all details regarding entry were taken care of. Mr Yasa is a very knowledgeable person and we very much enjoyed hearing about the history of Bali, its people and culture. Mr Yasa also took some amazing pictures for us, which was a great bonus. I will definitely be contacting Mr Yasa next time we are in Bali.
