Incredible adventure. Due to the bad weather it wasn't sure it was happening, but the organizers checked every option to make it possible. In the end they drove us 80 minutes to a different city, so we could start from there and wouldn't miss it. They went above and beyond. The flight was unbelievable. One of the coolest things I have done so far. The pilot was super nice and gave us many intersting facts. Everything went perfectly and I can't recommend this enough. Won't be the last flight for sure.
Enjoyable day trip taking in the Hill of Crosses and Rundale Palace (plus a few other surprise stops). The driving was long but roads good and driver very safe. Rundale Palace was our highlight - absolutely stunning! Driver let us have as much as time as we needed - spent about 1.15 hr at Hill of Crosses and more like 2.5 hrs at Rundale Palace - never felt rushed. Recommended trip
Wonderful tour of the Baltics in 6 days. Vadim put together an excellent tour for us in 6 days. He did a video call with us to give suggestions on what to see . Provided a great driver/ guide Arturo to drive us around. Arranged excellent guides for the walking tours in every city. Had suggestions for restaurants as most of us were vegetarian . Booked tickets for us for all museums, highlights being the Cold War museum and the Soviet bunkers. Very prompt with replying and answering our questions. Trip went smoothly with no hitches .Would highly recommend for a trip to the Baltics
I had a fantastic experience with this Viator tour! Everything was very well organized, and the guide and driver were incredibly friendly and informative. He picked me up on time in Vilnius, and our first stop was the Hill of Crosses. The selected stops along the way were great and allowed enough time to explore and enjoy each location. Highly recommended!
Christina was a delightful guide. She gave us lots of options to customize our tour to maximize our enjoyment. The natural areas are beautiful, well maintained, and so much to see. She explained much of the history of the area and shared many local legends and folklore. I feel like we learned so much while also enjoying an incredibly lovely day.
Our tour guide, Victoria, was absolutely wonderful. She shared so much information about Vilnius and Lithuania beyond just the food. I'm so glad we booked this tour for the start of our visit, because it laid a perfect foundation for the rest of our trip. The food was all really delicious, and a great variety of fresh and prepared foods as well as some interesting drinks. We really enjoyed trying many dishes at four stops and ended up revisiting two of them on our own later on our trip since we then knew our way around. It ended up being a lot of food but also the perfect amount. You should definitely come hungry, and you won't be disappointed. This ended up being one of the very best parts of our entire visit to Lithuania. Thank you again, Victoria!
Tour was cancelled the day before but never received an email so did not realize until we arrived and waited around 10 minutes. When we finally logged in to trip advisor we saw the cancellation note with no alternative offered for the same day. When cancelled through trip advisor we were given $0 refund because it was less than 24 hours. Reached out to Trip Advisor and Tour Host about refund and still no refund so will be forced to fight it with credit card company. Do not book through Trip Advisor!
This day trip out of the city was fantastic! It was a wonderful way to see the historic capitals of Lithuania, including Trakai. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and conscientiously allocated extra time for additional activities including shopping at the Trakai market. Since we were on foot in the city, meeting us at our selected location was very helpful. We highly recommend this tour and the wonderful staff.
Agnieska did a wonderful job of bringing us through the Lithuanian country side to explore the land of our ancestors. She did research, explained things well, and even reached out to locals so that we could share a connection with those who share our ancestors’s sir name. I cannot thank her enough!
Wonderful canoe tour! Wet Weim Adventure was easy to communicate with to arrange pick-up and explain dietary requirements (for picnic lunch). The whole excursion went incredibly smoothly from pick-up to drop-off. Janis was incredibly nice and fun to talk to. Learned a ton about the area while enjoying the natural scenery and wildlife.
Great tour - easy terrain and only 12km of cycling - but really good way see main parts of old town plus also get outside the city walls and cycle along the river. Really interesting commentary - history, culture, economy - Dominicus was really knowledgable and happy to answer questions. A great way to learn and see a lot in only 2.5 hours
