Itinerary

I invite you to come to my home and learn how to cook the authentic seafood paella, the tastiest of all the paellas. We will start by preparing a Delicious sangria, then we will prepare the ingredients in order to start cooking. While the paella cooks, we will have some tapas as well, tortilla de patata (Spanish omellete, with eggs and potatoes) and Tosta de jamón y tomate (brushchetta of ham with tomato and olive oil). We will provide the recipes in case you would like to have them. Important: if you have allergies or intolerances with any kind of food please le tus know in advance so we can adjust to it. The class Will be given by the chef in spanish and we also have a translator for english speakers. It is posible to host the event at the guest’s home for an extra fee, for more information contact us.

Every step in making paella explained, with a lot of fun along the way. Demonstrated then your turn. Sangria, tapas, paella all delicious in a most enjoyable environment. Hosts are warm, great company and knowledgeable. I had a great night.
