Excellent customer service, brilliant experience!
We arrive early to secure an upper deck seat. When we registered with the Spanish lady at the kiosk, she was warm and welcoming. She showed us where to queue and offered us seat beneath a canopy to avoid the intense sunshine. She checked in on us a few times, providing information and was really friendly.
Priority booking guests were taken aboard first and then we took our seats. This is not the first time we have taken the trip and despite the sunset being obscured by cloud, it was still beautifully executed by the staff. We had purchased a chilled bottle of cava to celebrate our wedding anniversary, this was served in a chilled sleeve by a lovely hostess who poured our drinks and took our photograph willingly to capture the moment.
Throughout the trip there was informative commentary and a glass of cava offered when arriving at the lighthouse. It's a really lovely experience and would definitely recommend.
Good value for money but please be aware there is no guarantee of seeing the sunset, that's down to nature. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the trip.
