we are young people who love to cook and even more to teach our customers our cooking and our secrets. you will have a fun and relaxing day with us. we will make you taste our olives oils that we produce and also the mozzarella.

Itinerary

We are on the Sorrento's hills a quiet area just a few minutes from the center. You will be welcomed on our terrace to start your experience with the tasting of different kinds of olive oil and fresh made mozzarella. You will then start the lesson to make the real Neapolitan Pizza by discovering all the secrets and using our ingredients while having fun and tasting our excellent wine, at the end tasting of homemade tiramisu' dessert.

We booked the pizza class the day before and it did not feel as if it was a last minute plan. The two hosts/chefs were both extremely nice and make the experience fun and informative.

Great local experience from people passionate about the regional food and culture. Bruno was a great driver and pizza instructor and good story teller. Laura was amazing showing us to make homemade mozzarella and so hospitable teaching us about various local products including olive oils and wines. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend for anyone in the area to take this experience. Best pizza we had in Italy!!

A great experience from the minute we were picked up by Luigi, who was very engaging and made us feel very welcome. Laura gave a great explanation of ingredients and a chance to taste fresh mozzarella (Bellissimo). Luigi guided us through the basics of a good dough and the important ingredients, with great humour, while insuring we all ended up with great dough. Next with Laura we had the chance to make the pizza and cook, the most important part. Before sampling the fantastic tasting pizzas we were left with. Fantastic experience and can’t wait to put our new found skills to the test back in UK.
