Itinerary

Departing from the port of Giardini Naxos, sailing along the bays of Giardini Naxos and Taormina, customers during navigation will be able to admire the suggestive panorama of the coast with the background of the majestic Etna volcano. After about 20 minutes of navigation you will enter inside of the nature reserve oriented to Isola Bella to carry out the snorkeling activity, the staff on board will carry out a briefing to carry out the activity safely and give some information on the different forms of life that will be observed: with the snorkeling set you can admire the typical flora and fauna of the Mediterranean sea, such as starfish, encrusting corals, multicolored sponges, octopuses, shoals of glimpses, sea bream, parrot fish and many other varieties of marine life.After about 45 minutes, we will move to another bay for the second snorkeling stop in a different seabed. The tour will last about two and a half hours; Customers can enjoy free snorkeling equipment, provided by the staff at the start of the activity, and can spend a pleasant half day of relaxation among the various colors of our bays.

Great Experience

Amazing experience definitely recommend. The day consists of a tour of some of the most beautiful places on the Taormina coast by boat and snorkeling in populated waters with exotic fish

Did not disappoint!

I was so looking forward to snorkeling in the coast of Taormina and I was not disappointed. The boat ride was pleasant, we stopped a few times along the way and the guide explained the sites. We stopped twice for snorkeling and it was lovely. The water was so clear, we could see all the different fishes and rock formations. This tour provides the snorkeling equipment, so all you need to do is show up and enjoy yourself and the amazing sights.

Setting up the trip and showing up were so easy because they reached out via WhatsApp (I don’t have an Italian phone). The trip was so much fun because, Joe, the boat driver ensured everyone had fun. We took a boat ride around to see some points of interest (Grotto Azzure) and he showed us wild capper plants. We talked about different fish we saw. We jumped off the boat and snorkeled Isola Bella beach rocks and some other rock formation. The water was refreshing and not cold. I highly recommend! Show up 30 minutes early and you get to leave early! Italy is beautiful and the people are nice. Such blue water!

Great guide (Antonio) and fun day in the water. It’s the Med so not a lot if fish or corals but still fun snorkeling between rocks etc and seeing sights from the water
