Overview

More than just an adventure, this educational tour takes you into a world that few can ever experience. The open ocean world of sharks! We take you three miles off shore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. No scuba experience is necessary, you enter the cage from above and stay on the surface using a mask and snorkel. Large Poly Glass windows let you peer into the open ocean and watch the sharks as they glide gracefully through the deep blue. To be in the presence of such awe inspiring animals will change the way you see sharks forever.

Experience the thrill of meeting sharks face-to-face in the pristine waters of Oahu on this educational, 2-hour process, cage-diving adventure. See Hawaii's majestic hunters — Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment — surrounded by the deep blue of the Big Island’s popular North Shore. Observe from the safety of a floating cage. Stay on the surface, then using a mask and snorkel, look through large polyglass windows to watch the sharks as they gracefully glide by. No scuba experience is necessary.

This was a great time, well worth the money. Saw 10-12 Galapagos Sharks up close within a couple of feet. Awesome!

Great crew and amazing experience

I don’t know how to swim but the crew helped me out a lot and I ended up seeing 7-8 sharks really close to the cage. Someone in our boat got seasick and the crew made sure they took care of her as well. Felt really safe and taken care of by the crew. There were also a lot of sharks in the area they took us to. Many sharks come up to the surface near the boat so you can see them even as an observer. The sharks are harmless. Would definitely recommend since it’s such a rare and thrilling experience!

Fun, survived, not eaten by sharks and cool. Crew was helpful nice and professional. My experience was exciting and fun. Felt very safe and had no worries at all. Crew helped out a lot gave tips and information. Would recommend and would do again.

Good but easy have motion sickness

It was so cool! The shark is literally around you and the distance is you may touch the shark. So close. But need to drive 20 minutes, current is strong. Easy to have motion sickness.

If you’ve ever wanted to cage dive this is a great first experience! We took our two kids, both young teens, they absolutely loved it. There were many sharks in the area swimming close to the cage. Had great views up close, both in the water and from the boat. Go-Pros available to rent which was a great option. You can be in the moment seeing with your own eyes, but still take the footage home to rewatch over and over. If you’re prone to sea sickness, it may not be as enjoyable for you (we had at least 5 people on the boat puke). But 10/10 would do it again.
