Overview

The Zambezi River in the middle Batoka gorge, provides what is arguably the best one-day white-water rafting trip on the planet. The full day rafting trip begins below the magnificent Victoria Falls at Rapid # 1 and ends twenty-three kilometres downstream at Rapid # 21. This is a pure Class-V white-water rafting trip. Take on infamous Rapids such as "Stairway to Heaven", "Gulliver’s Travels" and "Oblivion". Do it with the confidence that our fun loving guides are the best in the business. All of our team are International Rafting Federation Accredited to Class-V and we have decades of combined experience on the Zambezi River. We have an extensive logistical support network for every, trip that is unparalleled in the region. We also don't believe in hidden costs and included in the trip fee are your professionally produced video and picture packages.

Amazing experience

Most Exhilarating Raft Ride Ever

The rapids we did were Category 4 to 2 and were the hardest but most exhilarating rapids I have ever done. Boyd and crew took exceptional care of me from beginning to end. The views and experience will be one i always remember.

Great experience and unique views

A great experience and opportunity to take in the beauty of the gorges. The water is high in April, and Boyd navigated us through the rapids expertly. The climb into the gorge and particularly back out is physically taxing, especially on a hot day. I am a relatively fit 60 something, and caution those who are out of shape.

Incredible experience with some serious adrenaline along the way

I had been told this was an epic experience but nothing quite prepared me for it... After the first rapid I was actually terrified but they became easier and easier as we went along. The ONLY reason they became easier was because of our guide Boyd who was incredibly calm and very experienced. This is an unforgettable experience and must be on your list when at Vic Falls. However only if you're reasonably fit and a good swimmer!

Awesome River Rafting Experience

We took staff to Vic Falls for an incentive trip and did the River Rafting with Safpar. From the start, it was beyond amazing. The guides, specifically Boyd was brilliant! He knew those rapids extremely well and made it a memorable experience! After the River Rafting, had a great lunch at their restaurant with drinks! Would definitely recommend Safpar for River Rafting!
