I am a super lover of the world of leavened products and a professional in the sector, as I have various training and work experiences acquired over the years. I am a sunny guy who loves sharing passions, cultivating relationships and learning about new cultures. Through this activity I will be able to demonstrate to our travelers the true Neapolitan passion. Our culture is to use cooking in line with our passion to show the world how beautiful and rich Italian cuisine is. Itinerary

Together we will prepare a real Neapolitan pizza, revisited in a contemporary key. We will start from the preparation of the dough with your hands, and you will have fun with the drafting and cooking of the most famous dish in the world. I will put all my experience as a pizza maker at your disposal, revealing a few little secrets. You will then have a tasting of various types of round and fried pizza with locally grown and strictly seasonal products. I will be happy to welcome you to my family villa, a refined, simple and traditional location, located in the center of Ischia. It will truly be a unique experience. But it doesn't end there. At the end of the experience, I will leave you a real recipe book that will be really useful for you to enjoy and share this fantastic dish with friends or relatives. NB: In the structure you can find and buy from a selection of local wines and handcrafted cocktails.

This is the Pizza Making Experience to do!

This was a fun experience! Chef Andrea and his assistant were very friendly and hospitable. He has a gorgeous outdoor cooking venue in his backyard that was the perfect location for a pizza making class. We got to prepare the dough, which was fun learning the proper technique. Food was delicious and the other couple we met were very nice too. We got to meet Andrea’s family too and learn about his life and pizzeria. Also we had my kids who are 9 and 13 in age, and they loved it too. The dessert Nutella pizza at the end was amazing too! Highly recommend the experience.

This pizza making course at Andrea's house was amazing. It was one of the highlights during our Ischia stay for me, my husband, our 13 year old daughter and my mother. The setting of the course in a nice back yard of Andrea's family house is so nice and beautiful and the course and tastings are great. Napolean pizza is now our favorite. We all got very inspired to further develop our pizza talent when returning home.

We had an amazing experience on our honeymoon! Andrea showed us how to make different pizzas and the proper techniques. We made new friends and were able to meet his sweet family as well. We highly recommend taking his pizza making class!
