This is a 3 hour experience packed with learning, laughter, and sharing! The market trip was helpful in educating on the ways to identify and select fresh seafood.
I now know how to cook calamari so it is not "rubberband" chewy.
In addition to making Sangria, paella, and dessert, we learned fun facts about the region and culture. Everyone was included in the preparations! This is one of my trip's highlights.
