We offer safe and reliable private transportation from the airport to hotels in the city of Mérida. Our staff is easy to detect on arrival as they carry a sign with your name printed on it. We will meet you at the corresponding airport terminal according to your airline. Arrival flight information is required to setup your pickup. We will track your flight in case of delay. We need to know your destination hotel. All participants must be at the same time and terminal at the pick-up time.

Alex was very friendly and was waiting for us when we landed. Offered us cold water and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

The transportation was impeccable. It was our first time to Merida and our Spanish is rudimentary so we treated ourselves to a custom pick-up at the airport. We got clear directions where to go, and sure enough, they had a little sign with our name on it. They handled our bag, rode us in air-conditioned comfort. We did the pick up from the hotel and they were prompt at 4 a.m. as well. Absolutely recommend for the peace of mind; enjoy your vacation from the moment you grab your luggage at the airport :)

Excellent airport transfer experience

I used Merida Elite for round-trip transfer from Merida airport to my Merida hotel. Everything went completely smoothly; my flight in was long delayed but their driver was waiting for me, and the driver was at the arranged time on the way back. Both were friendly and helpful. What impressed me most was the company's professonalism and communication. I had questions before arrival that they answered promptly and clearly, and when I needed to reschedule my return the process was totally smooth and their clear confirmations were reassuring. I recommend them highly.
