The driver picked us up with a sign with my name. He is on time and professional. The car is clean. It makes the arrival seamless and worry free. He even gave us an overview of the city and neighborhood around the hotel.

The 3-day package tour of Luang Prabang arranged by Asia Pearl Travel was really good. Our guide was excellent and he was very knowledgeable. The places to visit were well planned. Highly recommend the Asia Pearl company to everybody.

The car arrived on time, and the driver was there to pick us up even with the 45 minutes late arrival. He helped us with luggage when we got into the car and we had a safe drive to the hotel. All we would need for a 5 star service.
If drinking water can be offered on the vehicle it would be more outstanding.

The driver was at the place showing our name on a card, it was a fast and safe drive to town. The vehicle was not brand new but tidy. Overall, a good experience. The driver was very helpful with luggage since we traveled with 2 large suitcases each.
