A great day tasting the local foods, learning how they are prepared and the history of their origin. Our guide Manuela was well prepared and as a teacher she also provided history, humor and personal information that was delightful. We walked the streets tasting the local foods at hidden spots that were delicious. The hot focaccia, la cencian toscana, pesto linguini, fresh fish “catch of the day” and gelato were delicious and an unexpected surprise was a trip to the local market! We highly recommend this tour and would repeat it.
