Due to the current situation, KLIA 2 (Wellness) and Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA 2 International Departure will be temporary closed. Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA International Departures and KLIA Gateway (Next to Aerotel) keep open and the operation hours will be as follow: Plaza Premium Lounge at KILA International Departures: 08:00 - 02:30 daily Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA2 Gateway (Aerotel) : 07:00 - 20:00 daily Please also note the below measurement will be in place: • Social distancing within our lounges • Removal of buffet bars, and switch to digital food ordering of hot food (breakfast/soups/pastas/noodles, etc) and served to customers, individually wrapped fruits/sandwiches, packed salad/cereals/cheese etc • Canned beverages, coffee/tea in disposal cups Whether you’re traveling first class or economy, take a break from travel at Kuala Lumpur Airport in one of its convenient lounges. Choose from two locations in Kuala Lumpur Airport: the Satellite Building in Kuala Lumpur's International Terminal and the Departure Hall of the KLIA2. Please note: The Plaza Premium Lounge is located in the restricted area of the departure level of the airport. You must pass through security and immigration prior to entering the lounge. A peaceful oasis to recharge body and soul

Tranqil after the first flight in our two step trip. Quiet. staff very attentive and helpful, Offered a neck and shoulder massage. Showers were available too. Food was well presented with plenty of salad vegetables and fresh fruit. Seats with charging statins available. Chairs were comfortable. Could not fault our experience in the lounge

New Premium Plaza lounge in KLIA 1

This is a new lounge as it used to be located at the other section of the KLIA 1 which required to take the airport tram to. Now it is located right in the main KLIA 1 terminal near G gates. Bright and spacious ambience. Good spread is decent with both main and starters. Alcohol is available. Shower facilities are present.

The lounge was nice, plenty of foods and drinks. Seats comfortable. Will do it again. Staff really nice friendly and helpful Toilets clean.
