This evening food tour will make the city feel much smaller when your local guide shares the flavors of Turkey in an evening food tour across Europe and Asia.

Meeting points

Please meet your guide at 6pm ( 18:00) at the entry of the Karakoy İskelesi ( Karakoy pier ) on the right side of the entry to pier under the yellow sign “ Karakoy İskelesi “ Our guide will come to you and will ask if you are waiting for the tour.

    We meet here to catch ferry to head to the Asian side Kadikoy.

  • Bosphorus Strait

    Enjoy the ferry ride in the Bosphorus from European side to Asian side. This ride will provide you a breath taking view of Istanbul from the water. Your guide will give you information about the sites you see from the ferry.

  • KadIkoy CarsIsI

    We visit the food market and sample the stuffed mussels, pastrami, pickled vegetable, cheese, olives, halva, soups , stuffed wine leafs and more…

  • Bosphorus Strait

    We will take a ferry back to European side after the the belly is full of delicious food in Asian side. Enjoy the ferry. It is time see Istanbul by night.

    We taste the variety of the kebaps and meze dips in this hidden authentic lokanta ( restaurant in Turkish ). We will see the back streets of Istanbul to taste the delicious Kunefe dessert with the accompany of the mouthwatering Turkish ice cream.

Great tour with Salih despite the cold. Clearly knowledgeable and passionate about food. He takes you to the Asian side where you enjoy a great variety of foods that local folks do. My wife and I felt like we came away learning a lot about Turkish culture and cuisine.

We had a wonderful tour with Salih! All of the food we sampled was delicious, and as visitors staying on the European side, it was a great way to get over to the Asian side. Salih was very knowledgeable and friendly and we enjoyed discussing the food and Turkish society. It was cold and rainy and the only other couple signed up for the tour cancelled, but we still had a blast. Highly recommend!
