Overview

A tour that can be easily done with the use of our pedal assisted bikes that will allow everyone to appreciate the beauties of the Valle d’Itria and the historic centers of Cisternino and Locorotondo, counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy. An authentic experience for everyone in contact with the nature of Puglia. It starts from Martina Franca and through panoramic paved roads with little traffic you reach the Ciclovia of the Pugliese Aqueduct at the Ashram Bole Baba. After a few kilometers of unpaved road we head towards Cisternino, a brief stop in the historic center, after which we head towards Locorotondo along the cycle route. Stop at a farm with a wide tasting of typical products. Return to the Puglia ebike site. The real and unique Puglia starts here.

    Crossing the Apulian Aqueduct Cycle Route through the Valle d'Itria countryside. It is a 500 km cycling and hiking route that follows the route of two historic waterworks of the aqueduct: from Caposele to Santa Maria di Leuca (LE), unique in its kind.

Highlight of my trip!

This Ebike tour will be a highlight of my trip to Puglia. I was a little nervous about cycling in traffic when arriving to and departing from the towns, but there was very little traffic (and pretty much zero traffic on the country roads we were on most of the time). The bikes were in excellent shape and the route was stunning. It was really relaxing and nice to have a guide and not have to decide where to go (which I would have had to do if I rented a bike solo). I so enjoyed chatting with my lovely group over the lunch. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to see some of the countryside - would do again the next time I am in Puglia!

Highlight of our trip. Professional guide lots of local knowledge and top notch bikes. Interesting route primarily on secondary roads with few cars. Lots to see. Amazing lunch with ample food and drink. Highly recommended

Well organised bike tour with Damiano. The e-bikes are of the best quality, very well maintained and super easy to ride. Damiano was a competent guide and ensured everyone was cared for and safe. The sights were amazing and the lunch time tasting incredible. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was very patient and accommodating. The route was very rural with very little traffic. The views were stunning. E-bikes worked well. Lunch at the farm was delicious.

This was a great way for us to see the beautiful country side, cycling through the trullis, vineyards, olive, almond and fig trees, through the back roads, where there was virtually no traffic. The pace was steady and we all kept together. The e-bikes were easy and great fun to ride, like riding a normal bike but making the hills disappear up the few climbs up into the towns, where we stopped for coffee and the views, taking in the ambiance. Towards the end, we stopped for lunch at a beautiful masseria, with lots of home made products - it was worth it for the lunch alone. Lastly a mention for our guide, Damiano, who runs this small business and spoke excellent English and was courteous, friendly and helpful. I would absolutely do this again!
